H. Shane Darrisaw
Shane has been in the workforce for over 20 years as a manager and senior manager and in the banking industry for over 15 years. He has held positions from support to originations to management both at the mid and senior level. In his career he has worked for 3 of the top financial institutions in the nation. He has managed and consulted in the area of multi-cultural markets as a middle and senior manager helping financial institutions increase their market share in this area. Prior to entering the banking industry, Shane served as general manager and later as a district manager for a major furniture chain and went on to manage for a major finance company where his primary responsibility was analyzing and extending credit. Shane believes it is his life’s mission to promote leadership development and to educate the underserved by engaging critical thinking so that the lives he touches can realize the “American Dream” which is economic empowerment and achievement of their hearts desire.
Shane holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University concentrating on management, marketing and finance. Shane is a retired Armed Forces Veteran serving 21 years in the U.S. Army Reserves and National Guard before retiring at the rank of Major. It is his education and military training coupled with his experience in banking that drove him to excel in the corporate world and gifted him with the knowledge to effectively convey the consumers expressed needs.
Shane is a member of the 100 Black Men of America Inc., NAACP, Urban League, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and a board member of the local Boys and Girls Club in Riviera Beach FL. His experience, savvy and passion are the reasons why you will want him as your trusted advisor in business development and overall growth. He is committed to excellence and will settle for nothing less! Shane is a National Trainer, Published Author, Accredited DISC Training Provider on Human Behavior, Certified FICO Professional (FICO Pro), Certified Financial Health Counselor and Financial Literacy Mentor.

John Little
Throughout his career, Founder and Owner of The Winner's Edge Consulting, Inc., John Little has focused on creating solutions for businesses and individuals through education. He has nearly 20 years experience as a practitioner, manager, trainer and consultant. As a consultant and trainer, his areas of expertise have included teaching professionals how to effectively increase productivity using community based programs and initiatives; teaching corporate clients how to establish and maintain effective partnerships and how to develop outreach initiatives to increase exposure and productivity. In addition, John has often worked closely with nonprofit organizations to develop their programs and services to improve their effectiveness in their respective communities. John has developed, produced and conducted in-person and online training programs through his companies The Empowerment Consortium and Online Housing Training.com, where he serves as a managing partner.
John is also an Accredited DISC Training Provider with over 32 contact hours with Authorized IACET Provider Personality Insights of Marietta, GA. John's passion and dedication to spreading the understanding of models of human behavior is evident in his creation of The Winner's Edge Consulting, Inc., a company focused on increasing exposure, understanding and acceptance of the DISC model for businesses and individuals alike.
A published author of Control Your Credit Destiny, John is an accomplished and dynamic professional speaker with a membership in the Florida Speakers Association. A graduate of Winston Salem State University (1992 B.S. Sports Management & Administration) he is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
